Please Prayerfully Consider Serving on an Elected Board in 2024
The Nominating Committee has been formed for the 2024 PLC Board Election of Church Council and Elders. All elected positions serve two-year terms. Election will be at the annual Voter’s/Congregational Meeting in January 2024.
There are five Church Council seats up for election. They are President, Vice President, and three At-Large seats.
There are five Board of Elders seats up for election, all At-Large seats.
The Church Council is the governing body of the PLC congregation. The Church Council has the authority to enforce the Constitution and Bylaws, and develops policies as required to execute the goals approved by the Congregation.
The Board of Elders nurtures and encourages the spiritual growth of the Congregation and supervises, advises and assists the pastors in worship, preaching, congregational care, administration of the sacraments and church discipline.
The nominating Committee asks you to prayerfully consider serving PLC in an elected capacity. If you have interest in doing so, please contact a member of the committee to express your interest.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone that made donations, volunteered their time and talents or just came and enjoy a great meal! So much fun was had by all.
This is too bad that you are not having church services. I have been watching the streaming service online. I have a question. If we are not having service at church for the month of April how are you doing the Lords Supper? Just was wondering? Please let me know. Thanks. St. Johns Lutheran Church are having lords supper but only a family at a time and after each one commune they wipe the railings off.
Good evening Troy,

On Maundy Thursday at 5:15 pm, we will be holding a Drive-In Worship Service in the Squeaky’s Parking Lot. We will be serving communion at that service. All are welcome!
