Giving Back
At Peace Lutheran, giving is something we do with a spirit of joy in response to the love and forgiveness we have freely received in Jesus. We never give out of obligation or guilt. Your gift works to help those in need and drives what we’re all about: A loving community called by God’s grace – that all know the Peace of God.

Giving by Text
Text any dollar amount, between $10 and $2,000, you would like to give to (320) 310-4695. You’ll receive a text with a link to complete your payment details. Tap the link. Enter your info with the credit/debit card you’d like to use. You only need to fill out this form the first time you give. Next time you would like to give, just text your gift amount to (320) 310-4695. Watch this short video to walk you thru.

If you can set up your offerings electronically, it is extremely helpful for more efficient management of the church.
Bank Account Giving
Give simply and securely via your checking/savings account. You can customize your donations to be one-time or recurring gifts. This is a unique way to give without writing weekly or monthly checks.
QR Scanning
Download a QR Scanner app on your smart phone and scan the QR Code in our Bulletin. This option offers multiple gifting choices.
Lasting Gifts
You can donate stocks, bonds, or mutual funds as gifts or do a planned gift as a portion of your estate. If you are interested in giving a gift in this way, please email our treasurer or call (320) 587-3031 ext 2777.
Congregational Fund
A Congregational fund was established for those who wish to make a lasting gift or bequest that will continue serving in their memory long after their gift is made.
In considering your estate and charitable plans for the future, you may not only be thinking about how to help your family and save on taxes, but also how you might benefit the ministries of Peace Lutheran Church. You can support the endowment in one of three ways:
- Give now and offer immediate support to the Fund
- Give later and benefit the Fund upon death.
- Give and receive by giving income now + a later gift.

Thrivent Opportunities
Choice Dollars – If you have investments with Thrivent you may be eligible to direct Choice Dollars through Thrivent Choice to Peace Lutheran Church*.
Thrivent Grants – Up to $250 grants to sponsor events at Peace Lutheran Church.
