NEW! THREE18 High School Youth Group
Grades 9-12 | Wednesdays | 6:15 pm – 7:45 pm | Sept – May
Location: Start with Worship in Peace Center
What is Three18? 2 Peter 3:18 encourages us to know, grow, and glorify God … much like our Connect (know), Grow and Serve (glorify)! Wednesday nights go deeper in scripture and help those high school students who have completed confirmation explore our faith through in-depth Bible Study and prayer. This is an opportunity for youth to know Jesus and are looking to grow in discipleship.
HAY! Free Lunch (Thursdays)
Grades 9-12 | Thursdays from Sept-May
Location: Crosspoint Church
Visit HAY Ministry FB page for upcoming events, news and photos!
Peace Hosts HAY Lunch Dates: Watch for dates for 2020/21 school year
Each week, high school youth (Hutchinson High School Only) are invited to walk to Crosspoint (formerly Shalom Baptist) Church during their lunch period to be feed by local congregations that are a part of HAY! (Hutchinson Ecumenical Youth). After lunch, someone (usually the youth director from the hosting church) shares a brief talk about faith and life.
Middle School Release Time
Grades 6-8 | 2nd Tuesday of each month Oct-Apr
Location: Oak Heights Covenant Church

Spring 2020 Online Sunday School Lessons
The format is the same as the videos we watch each Sunday, and the kids have seen this speaker before, so they should feel right at home with the video. The videos and teachings are so well done that adults can connect with them too. Feel free to watch this with your kids. It can lead to some really good conversations.
This week and next, we’ll be watching videos from a series called “Worth Repeating.” The lessons are about Jesus’ words that are worth sharing, remembering, and repeating.
Happy Palm Sunday!
This week, we continue the series “Worth Repeating.” You’ll notice that I chose the lesson for Week 4. I chose this video for today, because the lesson is about humility, and it fits perfectly with Palm Sunday and Jesus’ humility as he rode on a donkey. Kids and adults will easily relate to the topics in the video: thinking we’re better than others, arguments, and conflict. It’ll show how putting others first can make a big impact in our lives.
Here is the link to the video.
Video – Worth Repeating (10 min)
Attached are the Daily Devotions for five days of the week.

I would love to put together a video for Easter, but I need your help to do it! I am going to create an Easter video – with pictures and/or videos you send me! Here is the background music we will be using for the video:
It is super upbeat – and perfect for Easter! I’d like a collection of pictures/videos capturing joy and energy! Here are some examples:
• happy faces
These are just a few examples. Feel free to get creative! Videos can also be slow motion too!
When you have your pictures/videos, send them to my cell phone (612)385-7928. I can’t wait to see them! I will send the video to everyone for Easter Sunday!
Thanks so much! Call with any questions.
Here is the video and daily devotions for the upcoming week. I hope it is a benefit to you and your family as you grow your faith at home.
I don’t know about any of you, but myself and everyone else I know had been waiting for the governor’s decision about school. The answer has an influence on a number of things – one of which is Sunday School. I know I’m stating the obvious, but wanted everyone to know for sure that we won’t be gathering together for Sunday School this spring.
